The brief

Despite offering an incredible range of experiences, Kenward Place remained largely undiscovered by local audiences and was often misunderstood because of its association with the rehabilitation centre. The charity needed a creative partner to clarify its message, showcase the destination and build awareness.

The strategy

We wanted to shift perception before pushing promotion. So we built a content plan that paired cinematic brand films with a steady flow of social first content, giving people a clearer sense of what Kenward Place offers and why it matters. The foundations were already there, an incredible destination with genuine community value. Our role was to uncover that story and present it in a way that felt authentic to them but built for today's social platforms.

What we did

KB Media developed and delivered a six-month content package designed to support brand awareness and audience growth. We produced a collection of cinematic brand films that introduced Kenward Place and its offering, alongside a consistent stream of social first content showcasing everything from alpaca walks and beekeeping to the café and event spaces.
