A collaboration between KB Media and AMAAD / LWE, one of London’s leading music promoters, to support the launch of their new warehouse venue.
LWE had secured one of London’s biggest new riverside event spaces and needed a launch campaign that would build intrigue long before the doors opened. The goal was to create enough content from a single production to tease the venue, drive ticket sign-ups and fuel the launch across organic and paid channels.
We took the client’s initial break-in concept and built it into a cinematic story designed to create mystery around the new space. By planning every deliverable upfront, we structured the production around capturing a complete launch campaign rather than a single hero film, giving the client maximum value from one day of filming.
Working alongside production, lighting and creative teams, we transformed the empty warehouse into an immersive event experience. From one shoot day, we delivered a hero film, teaser trailer, paid ad creative, social-first edits, behind-the-scenes content and a library of vertical assets, giving LWE weeks of launch content ready to deploy across every stage of the campaign.
One day of production became an entire launch campaign. We delivered a content library that gave LWE everything they needed to build anticipation across organic and paid channels, generating nearly 2 million views across TikTok and Instagram and over 5,000 pre release ticket sign ups. With the first events on track for a successful launch, the campaign proved how a well planned shoot can create months of high-impact content.
